I finally agreed to join Hi5. I think that it is a teenager site, but my children insisted on inviting me and I thought it was a good way to know their virtual and non virtual friends...so, why not? Today (May 25th) is a very special day for me. My two men have birthday today :) Yes my son is today 16 years old and my husband is today 43. Both of them are bond by numbers... now both of them are 7 (1+6=7, and 4+3=7) It has always been like that, they always get the same age :) and I love these kind of things because once more I am certain that life is magic. Luis Alberto loves Rome, and his birthday present was a trip to that amazing city. He must be there right now... I am posting here a 5 year old pic where we both were in Rome.

The less you want to be noticed the more you are... I have celebrated so much, that I was a little bit embarrased, so I decided to post small pics of our party in Tlayacapan, in order to appear less...but a friend noticed it and told me... Honoring my blogger friend Frikosal, who loves bugs... I am posting here the first pic I have made from a bug... I am not a good photographer at all but this is the first time in my life that I have found a cicada. We found this beautiful insect while we were in the pool...One of my painter friends has a beautiful house in Tlayacapan, a beautiful town in Morelos, what I enjoy the most was the good company and the house on a tree! Since I was a little girl I dreamed of a house like that :)

I have a model. Her name is Nadihelli... I have painted her at least 100 times :) in every technique I know... and in all formats up to a 2 meter portrait... Once she asked me, if it wasn't boring for me to paint her. On the contrary, I told her, when I know I am going to make a portrait of you, I always come to you with emotion: don't ask me why, I myself don't know the answer. My relation with Nadihelli has been very special, I have "seen" her (with the eyes of a painter) so many times that I know her... Now she is one of my dearest friends. It is impossible to say in words when a painter and a model find that connection... I only know that in times when the muses are gone, I ask Nadihelli to pose for me and the muses come back in that moment. Nadihelli has a beautiful face, I think that her portraits are much more sensual than my nudes.
